OUR OFFERS:

Level 1 – (Basic)

1.       Offers comprehensive hardware maintenance following SLA, excluding the replacement of spare parts.

2.        Any replacement parts will go to the client's expense.

3.       Chat, email, phone, or Remote Support Only.

4.       Hardware should be delivered to the technical center for assistance.

5.       Provisioning of Hardware every 45 days.

Level 2 – (Standard)

1. Offers comprehensive hardware maintenance following SLA, Including the replacement of spare parts.

2. Any replacement parts will NOT go to the client's expense.

3. Chat, email, phone, or Remote Support.

4. Hardware Replacement by the next business day. Hardware will be delivered to the client's location and Client has to do replacement.

5. Provisioning of Hardware for every 20 days

Level – 3 (Premium)

1.       Deployment of L1, L2, or L3 Engineers to the client premises on all working days, or on alternate days as necessary or per SLA

2.       Hardware Replacement by next business day.

3.       Provisioning of Hardware for every 10 days.
